Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 10-21 business days, subject to customs clearance.Please email info@silentbasketball.net with any questions.
Change of Address Policy
Once an order is dispatched,the delivery address cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct atthe time of purchase.
Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees. Once an order has been dispatched,it cannot be canceled. Customers may return the product after receiving it, subject to our return policy.
Damaged in Transit Policy
If you find your parcel damaged in transit, please report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. We may require photo evidence of the damaged goods to process your claim.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for any items proven to be damaged in transit.
